Products Description:
The new DZL series boiler is a single drum longitudinal water fire
tube shell boiler,and the combustion equipment is a chain grate.The
water walls on the left and right sides of the fumace are radiating
heating surfaces,the two wings of the fumace are convection heating
surfaces, the spiral smoke pipe convection heating surfaces are
arranged in the drum,the front and rear arches adopt a new process
of integral casting and tamping of heat-resistant ooncrete,and the
outside of the boller host is a three-dmensional protective plate
shell
This series of boilers adopts the latest scientific research
achievements,such as arched tube sheet,threaded smoke tube,splayed
tube,eto.,to solve the problems of shell type boiler tube sheet
cracks,drum bulge at the lower part of the drum,water wall tube
burst,low thermal efficienoy,insufficient output,poor adaptabilty
of biomass fuel,eto.
