Chicken leg bone remover is mainly composed of frame, slideway
system, transmission system, bone removing system and protective
system.
Working Principle: The mechanical elastic extrusion bone removal
principle is adopted in the type bone removal machine. The chicken
upper leg is placed on the tray. After entering the bone removal
system, the positioning barrel slider and the ejector slider act
simultaneously, and the upper leg is pushed into the rubber sleeve
for bone and meat separation. The process of bone and meat
separation is realized instead of manual automatic bone removal,
which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves
the production efficiency. With the advantages of low damage rate
and output of about 4000 chickens per hour, the chicken can be made
into various meat products, which is simple, fast, time-saving and
